It's still funny to see people argue against the Handball with the same arguments. It is confirmed by the UEFA it should have been a penalty, meaning There was no offside from Fulkrug and it wasnt a handball by him since it was his shoulder which is considered by the rules to be part of the body. About Kroos it is the Referees Point of view if he sees it as worthy of a yellow/red card or not especially if the ball is involved. At the end there should have been a penalty for Germany and this could have changed the entire outcome of the match. Either it was a goal bringing germany in the lead or it wouldn't by missing at the end the goal of spain may never been happen befause of the time lost from it. Either Germany would have won with that penalty or it would have gotten to the penalty shootout of Germany missing or spain score to the 2:2. Funny how a Referee, who already is known for be pro spain teams, can decide a game like this.
