  1. Not sure about the location with it being on the narrow bit of land between the south bay water and the 5 freeway…

How do they plan to make the whole development accessible to people other than motorists? Is it close enough to residential neighborhoods for people to walk there? Is it close to a trolley or major bus stop, and will people be able to safely and conveniently get there while crossing one of the freeway underpasses? People drive pretty reckless over there. And is all the exposure to freeway noise and pollution worth it? If the design implies most people will get there by car (whether driving and parking there or getting dropped off), how will it handle traffic during major events?

  2. I am for creating jobs and financial opportunities for my fellow San Diegans. However…there is almost no coastal open space left. Add that it's in the bay and now even more rare. Having an area for spawning helps provide fish that we sport fish daily.
They should use some engineering skills and make that part a real estuary type of environment

  3. MLS belongs in Snapdragon stadium, which is central to all San Diego. Who wants to drive all the way to Chula Vista? Snapdragon was built as a state of the art stadium and specifically designed for professional soccer. Chula Vista makes no sense.

  4. Am I the only one that saw the " E sports entertainment" on top left, This can be great for our competitive youth in soccer and gaming that don't have much since alot of this stuff is around or more north of San Diego. Hoping for the best 👌🏼
