super story and well formed, we all have mental health, just as we all have physical health. so we all have ups and downs. talking about – including with a therapist – is smart and right and strong.
Great video. Schuyler, Thank you for sharing your story. I’m 61 and been down that path. I take meds for 3 out of 4 mental health issues. I also have physical disabilities. Yet, I am a very positive person and have given support to others. Good for you!!! I am also a @thenccourage STM. Hopefully you’ll get a chance at playing this season, at least during the Olympics.
